We are a family run Business. That means you will only ever deal with us, no middle man and no non-sense! Our Love for Jeeps started with a long journey that has progressed in such a spectacular direction over the years. We have been in business for more than 48 years. We specialize in selling Jeep Parts, Military Tires, and a vast array of all Military Vehicle Parts. We sell and supply the parts, tires and knowledge to other Enthusiasts, Collectors, Restorer's and Military Buff's! Our line of parts mainly covers the years of vehicles used through WWII and on up to some early civilian models. We sell a lot of parts that are interchangeable and compatible with newer model Jeeps, but our specialty is definitely with Military Model Vehicles. We started out in a small building which we used to store our parts and Jeeps. And when we say Tiny, we mean the size of a two car Garage! But..... Our hobby and business quickly grew and became a love, an obsession, not only for ourselves, but for being able to match up our customers with the hard to find parts they needed in order to start or finish their project! Welcome to our Family!
Our name and company reputation are known throughout the whole world among collectors & MVPA members. We were instrumental in the starting & organizing of the MVPA (Military Vehicle Preservation Association, Charter Member# 162C) We have some of the most vast knowledge in the industry and can help you with any project we carry parts for. (A lot of the parts we have are NOS (New Old Stock) and very rare! They cannot be found anywhere else in the World!

Our Start.Nelsons Surplus Jeep Parts and Military Tires was Founded in 1969 By Phil Nelson and he remains the sole owner to this Day. That's over 48 Years of serving you with superb knowledge, a gigantic part inventory, and the best customer service you will ever experience.

Employee's.You will only deal with two people here. Phil Nelson the owner, and his wife Judy Nelson. Phil takes care of the every day needs of the company like checking inventory and shipping. Judy runs the website, helps with accounting, and answers the online emails submitted.

Our Involvement.
We are founding Members of the M.V.P.A. Charter Member# 162C.
We regularly go to swap meets and shows throughout the year. We also proudly display our full line of completely restored Military Vehicles in a few local parades every year in our hometown. We take every chance we get to immerse our selves in the Military Vehicle Preservation across the US. |
We drive our full fleet of fully restored Military Vehicles each year to support our Local Veterans in our local Memorial Day, and also Street Fair parades. We have been driving in the local parades for 30+ years to support the Men who were and still are willing to risk there lives for our freedom. We respect you so much!
